How do I know if I am eligible to participate?

In some cases, we are not always able to support the type of home or equipment you have. We are currently unable to support your home if:

 - Your home doesn’t have a supported Wi-Fi enabled thermostat controlling an electric heat pump. (If you don't yet have a smart thermostat, you can receive up to $125 off from the Georgia Power Marketplace)
 - You are not an Georgia Power residential electric customer
 - You are a customer currently billed on the FlatBill®, TOU rate, Solar, or Net Metering programs.
 - You are enrolled in Power Credit
 - Your home does not have an always-on Wi-Fi network
